“Underwhelmed” by a list of 10 potential finalists for the county administrator position, the Anoka County Board decided at a meeting Tuesday afternoon, April 9, to extend the application process another two to four weeks, rather than select candidates for interviews.
A national search for a new administrator to replace Rhonda Sivarajah, who retired effective Dec. 27, 2023, began in January when David Drown Associates, a Minneapolis-based consulting firm hired by the board to lead the search, posted the position.
