On an August 30th Facebook post, the City of Andover stated that they are offering a free tree debris drop-off site for residents at the City Campus outdoor ice rink, located at 1885 Crosstown Boulevard NW. They will not, however, provide curbside pickup of tree debris.
Andover stated that they will not allow contractors to dump at the site outside of one hired by Andover to perform work. They also confirmed that this is a temporary site, and that the end date has yet to be determined. They stated that no stumps whatsoever will be allowed, and asked to keep the debris length to 12 feet or under. They also asked for no more than 24 inches in diameter.
