Bloomington Leadership Program Seeks Aspiring Community Leaders For 2025, Applications Open Until October

According to an announcement from the City of Bloomington, the Bloomington Leadership Program (BLP) is opening its doors once again to residents keen on refining their civic knowledge and leadership skills.
