Fridley Approves First Reading Of increased Rental Inspection Fees

The Fridley City Council unanimously agreed on a first reading of an ordinance to amend the city code regarding fees to update Rental House Licensure fees.

HRA Assistant Executive Director Paul Bolin said that the ordinance brings the city’s fees closer to the average fee being charged by peer cities.
