Paladin Career and Technical High School held a ribbon cutting, on Thursday, September 1, to celebrate its new home in Coon Rapids. During the event, school principal, Brandon Wait, recognized the support of public officials and the community.

"So I just want to give a shout out and appreciation and some Paladin love to everyone that is here today,” Wait said. “It means the world to all of us. And with that, let’s make it a party, and let’s give a round of applause to all of you."

There was plenty of free food for everyone along with tours of the new building. Compared to their old school at Northtown Mall, Paladin more than doubled its size with 35,000 square feet of space.

The public charter school has an enrollment of 220 students and they have a waiting list. For more information, check out the Paladin Career and Technical High School website.
