ANDOVER
Arrests
• On June 17 in the 2800 block of 135th Ave. NW deputies were called to a home because an intoxicated teen male was attempting to get into the caller’s home and yelling to let him in. The teen left in a vehicle before deputies arrived. Deputies located the suspect vehicle and stopped it. There appeared to be four teens impaired in the vehicle. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. The driver stated he did not have anything to drink. The driver was arrested. BAC: 0.18%.
• On June 19 in the 1900 block of Crosstown Blvd. NW a caller reported three juveniles at the park drinking alcohol. Deputies arrived and located the males along with drug paraphernalia. While searching one of the males, deputies found prescription medication along with drugs. That male was arrested and brought to the juvenile facility. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Theft
• On June 17 in the 13900 block of Linnet St. NW a license plate stolen from a vehicle parked on the street overnight.
• On June 19 in the 13900 block of Norway St. NW packages were stolen from a mailbox.
• On June 21 in the 15400 bike was reported stolen from Oak View Middle School. The suspect was identified.
Property damage
• On June 18 in the 2400 block of 154th Ave. NW a vehicle was smeared with donuts.
ANOKA
Arrests
• On June 13 at 7:17 p.m. in the 3600 block of Round Lake Blvd. police were dispatched to man slumped over inside of a vehicle. Police stated they say burnt tinfoil inside of the vehicle in plain view. Police said the man admitted it was fentanyl. He was placed under arrest without incident.
On June 17 at 10:50 p.m. at the intersection of Ferry and W. Main streets police arrested a driver for DWI-refusal.
Property damage
• On June 14 at 9:11 a.m. in the 4300 Parkview Circle city property damage was reported.
Theft/Fraud
• On June 12 at 12:23 a.m. three ball washers were stolen from Green Haven Golf Course. The estimated cost of replacement is $1,500.
• On June 12 at 8:35 p.m. in the 2100 block of Second Ave. a license plate was reported stolen.
• On June 12 at 4:23 p.m. in the 2900 block of Cutters Grove Ave. a bike was reported stolen.
• On June 13 at 12:12 p.m. in the 1700 block of Ferry St. a license plate was stolen from a vehicle.
• On June 13 at 1:46 p.m. in the 1500 block of Sunny Way Court fraud was reported.
• On June 13 at 4:28 p.m. in the 2800 block of Cutters Grove Ave. FTC fraud was reported.
• On June 16 at 3:29 p.m. in the 200 block of E. Main St. theft was reported.
Property damage
• On June 12 at 8:45 a.m. in the 1000 block of Sunny Lane vandalism was reported

• On June 16 at the intersection of Bunker Lake and St. Francis boulevards a driver attempted to flee in a motor vehicle.

• On June 21 in the 23500 block of Kumquat St. NW two trail cameras were stolen from the property.
COON RAPIDS
Arrests
• On June 15 at 2:06 p.m. at the intersection of Riverdale and Round Lake boulevards northwest police arrested a driver and charged them with third-degree DWI.
• On June 15 at 4:57 p.m. in the 8600 block of Springbrook Drive police arrested a driver and charged them with third-degree DWI.
• On June 16 at 4:11 p.m. at the intersection of Northdale and Hanson boulevards police arrested a driver for fourth-degree DWI.
• On June 17 at 11:25 p.m. in the 12700 block of Riverdale Blvd. NW police arrested a driver and charged them with third-degree DWI.
• On June 19 at 10:27 a.m. at the intersection of Coon Rapids Boulevard and Zilla Street NW police arrested a driver and charged them with third-degree DWI.
• On June 21 at 1:32 p.m. in the 400 block of Coon Rapids Blvd. NW police arrested a driver a charged them with fourth degree DWI and driving after a license revocation.

• On June 20 at 8:10 p.m. in the 12500 block of Riverdale Blvd. NW a felony drug incident was reported.

HAM LAKE
Arrests
• On June 20 at the intersection of Xylite Street and Crosstown Boulevard NE police arrested a woman with an outstanding warrant. While searching her after she was arrested police stated that they found meth on her. She also was charged with possession of meth.
NOWTHEN
Arrests
• On June 21 at the intersection of St Francis and Old Viking Blvd NW deputies responded to a vehicle crash. When they arrived, they found the driver of the vehicle sleeping in the driver’s seat. They woke her and she appeared impaired. She stated she was on multiple medications. A warrant for blood was obtained and she was arrested. She refused to provide blood. She was arrested for DWI Refusal.
Thefts
• On June 16 in the 19900 block of Iguana St. NW there forced entry into storage unit was made and a snowmobile, motorcycle and chainsaw were stolen.
RAMSEY
Arrests
• On May 26 at 6:39 p.m. in the 16800 block of Sodium St. police were dispatched to the location for an all-terrain vehicle that rolled over. An adult female passenger received minor injuries and refused medical attention. Another adult female passenger was transported to the hospital with severe injuries. The 34-year old driver was arrested and charged with felony criminal vehicular operation and DWI.
Property damage
• On May 27 at 1:56 p.m. on Iodine St. NW a caller reported juveniles throwing rocks at a vehicle.
• On May 29 at 9:39 a.m. in the 15200 block of Krypton Terrace Northwest. Police were dispatched to a downed light pole.
• On June 1 at 6:11 p.m. in the 14400 block of Flourine Court Northwest a caller reported someone ran into his mail box and drove off.
• On June 2 at 10:45 a.m. in the 15000 block of Nowthen Blvd. NW a garage door to a maintenance building was vandalized.
Theft
• On May 30 at 7:17 p.m. on Garnet Street Northwest FTC fraud was reported.
• On May 30 at 11:23 a.m. in the 14100 block of Uranium St. NW theft from a boat was reported.
• On May 31 at 9:45 a.m. in the 7900 block of Sunwood Drive NW police were dispatched to a gas drive off. Police cited the owner for theft of motor fuel.
• On June 1 at 4:29 a.m. on Sunwood Drive a bike was reported stolen.
• On June 1 at 10:13 a.m. in the 7100 block of 175th Ave. NW identity theft was reported.
• On June 5 at 11:23 a.m. in the 17900 block of Roanoke St. NW credit cards were reported stolen from a motor vehicle.
• On June 7 at 8:10 a.m. on 169th Lane a caller reported one of her checks was forged and cashed for $10,000.
• On June 8 at 2:13 p.m. on Alpine Drive NW a business reported someone attempted to use their account to buy thermostats.

• On June 15 at 8:04 p.m. at the intersection of Ambassador Boulevard and Bridge Street northwest police arrested a driver for fourth-degree DWI.
• On June 17 at 11:25 p.m. in the 2400 block of 229th Ave. NW police arrested a driver for fourth-degree DWI.

• On June 14 at 10:10 a.m. in the 900 block of 239th Ave. NW a fraud/scam was reported.

• On June 19 in the 3200 block of 90th Curve NE officers and EMTs responded to a residence for a report of a baby not breathing, which resulted in the baby being pronounced dead.
• On June 21 in the 2800 block of 95th Avenue NE a male was arrested following a domestic for making threats of violence and for fleeing officers in a vehicle and on foot.
• On June 22 in the 12000 block of Central Avenue NE, 8500 block of Lexington Avenue NE and 10200 block of Baltimore Street NE businesses failed tobacco compliance checks.

• On June 20 at the intersection of 42nd Avenue NE and Fifth Street NE a female driver, from Minneapolis, was arrested for third-degree DWI.
• On June 22 in the 4700 block of Central Avenue NE an individual was arrested for having an outstanding warrant. The suspect was also cited for possession of needles, jaywalking and for providing officers with a false name.
• On June 23 at the intersection of 46th Avenue NE and Central Avenue NE a male driver, from Columbia Heights, was arrested for a fourth-degree DWI.
• On June 26 at the intersection of 39th Avenue NE and Buchanan Street NE a male driver, from Minneapolis, was arrested for a third-degree DWI.

• On June 14 in the 5100 block of Main Street NE a stolen vehicle was recovered.
• On June 14 in the 500 block of Fairmont Street NE a theft and property damage incident occurred.

• On June 14 in the 7500 block of Lyric Lane NE a theft occurred.
• On June 15 at the intersection of Highway 65 NE and Mississippi Street NE there was a theft from a vehicle.
• On June 16 in the 5600 block of Hackmann Avenue NE an unoccupied stolen vehicle was recovered.
• On June 16 in the 6000 block of Main Street NE a package was stolen from an apartment complex.
• On June 16 in the 5400 block of Main Street NE a vehicle was stolen.
• On June 17 in the 700 block of 53rd Avenue NE a male shoplifter was arrested for a theft and for having an outstanding warrant.
• On June 17 in the 6500 block of East River Road NE license plates were stolen from a vehicle.
• On June 18 at the intersection of Central Avenue NE and Hackmann Avenue NE a stolen vehicle fled from police officers during an attempted traffic stop. The responding officer did not attempt a pursuit, but the vehicle experienced a mechanical issue causing it to come to a stop. The adult male driver of the vehicle was subsequently arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and for fleeing the officer.

• On June 19 in the 7200 block of Commerce Circle W there was a theft from a vehicle that resulted in property damage.

• On June 15 in the 5800 block of East River Road NE a vehicle suffered property damage after its ignition was punched and a window was broken.
• On June 16 in the 6700 block of Jackson Street NE a fire occurred.
• On June 17 in the 1000 block of East Moore Lake Drive NE property damage was reported.
• On June 17 in the 200 block of 45th Avenue NE a house fire occurred. No injuries were reported.
• On June 19 in the 6000 block of Second Street NE property damage was reported.
• On June 200 in the 5700 block of East River Road NE a vehicle was stolen.
Assault
• On June 15 in the 5800 block of East River Road NE a female was involved in a domestic assault and theft. The female was not immediately located or arrested.
• On June 16 in the 500 block of Kimball Street NE an adult male was arrested for a domestic assault.
• On June 16 in the 8400 block of University Avenue NE a male, armed with a knife, was arrested for a second-degree assault.
• On June 17 in the 5400 block of Main Street NE a female reported being assaulted by another female she knew.
• On June 20 in the 7400 block of Baker Avenue NE a male was arrested for a domestic assault.
DWI, drugs
• On June 14 at the intersection of University Avenue NE and Osborne road NE a male driver was arrested for a fourth-degree DWI and cited for failing to maintain a single lane of traffic and for driving without a valid drivers license.
• On June 15 in the 200 block of 57th Avenue NE a male was arrested for fifth-degree drug possession.
• On June 17 in the 200 block of 57th Avenue NE a female driver, who was slumped over behind the steering wheel of a running vehicle, was arrested for a fourth-degree DWI, fifth-degree possession of narcotics and for attempting to introduce contraband into the Anoka County Jail.
• On June 18 at the intersection of University Avenue NE and Mississippi Street NE an adult male driver was arrested for a DWI while two other adult male passengers were arrested for having an outstanding warrant, being a felon in possession of a firearm and/or for fleeing officers on foot.

• On June 16 in the 8100 block of Highway 65 NE there was a theft from a vehicle.
• On June 17 in the 400 block of 82nd Avenue NE a vehicle was stolen.
Property damage
• On June 18 in the 8000 block of Sixth Street NE property damage was reported.
• On June 21 in the 8400 block of Terrace Road NE property was vandalized.
• On June 22 in the 600 block of Ione Avenue NE property was vandalized.
