Coon Rapids City Council OKs $35.58 Million Tax Levy

A $35.580 million citywide property tax levy for 2024 was unanimously approved by the Coon Rapids City Council Dec. 5

The action on the levy, which is 6.8% higher than this year’s (2023) levy of $33.314 million, and the 2024 general fund budget totaling about $40.6 million, came following a public hearing at which no one spoke.
