New Industrial Building Approved For Business Park

Construction of a new industrial building in Evergreen Business Park has received the green light from the Coon Rapids City Council.

The council Aug. 8 gave site plan approval to a proposed 39,248 square-foot warehouse-office building on an undeveloped 2.82-acre lot located at 9255 Holly St. NW.
