Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks To Open Saturday In Minneapolis

The fast-casual restaurant specializes in individual-size, brick-oven pizza and cheesesteaks.

Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks will open a new Twin Cities location in southwest Minneapolis on Saturday.

The fast-casual restaurant, located at West 50th Street and Washburn Avenue South in the former Michelangelo's Masterpizza space, will officially open at 10:45 a.m.

According to an announcement, the first 100 guests through the door at will receive a free pizza.

The Minneapolis location becomes Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks' seventh restaurant to open in the metro area in five years.

Existing locations are found in St. Paul, Maplewood, Coon Rapids, Woodbury, Chanhassen, and Maple Grove and another is planned for Inver Grove Heights.
