Ramsey To Sell RALF Highway 10 Property To Current Tenant
The Ramsey City Council voted unanimously to sell a lot to RM Golf Carts at 7039 Highway 10 during its Feb. 25 council meeting. The business won’t have to move, however, as it was already leasing the space.
The city acquired the lot in 2006, and it was needed for future Highway 10 right of way as part of a Right of Way Acquisition Loan Fund administered by the Met Council, Ramsey Senior Planner Chris Anderson said. While the city owned the property, but it was in limbo until construction work started, the city leased it to RM Golf Carts in the meantime.
