Andover Approves IUP For Mining And Land Reclamation For Two New Houses In Wetland Area

At the April 1 meeting, the Andover City Council approved a two-year interim use permit for mining and land reclamation work at a parcel on Tulip Street, for which the request was submitted by Derrick Whiting. The project is for two houses, each on a 20-acre parcel resulting from the lot split.

The vote was 4-0, with Council Member Scott Schue absent.
