Andover Denies Variance For Steel Storage Building
The Andover City Council denied a variance for Minnesota Irrigation/ landscapes unlimited outdoors at 162nd Lane NW for commercial building construction standards. The vote to deny was 4-0 on April 1. Council Member Rick Engelhardt came with a caveat that the council would initiate a relevant review of city code.
The variance was applied for by Nick Morter with Minnesota Irrigation/Landscapes Unlimited Outdoors. It was requested for Andover’s commercial building construction standards.
