Andover Arrests

  • On June 21 at the intersection of 159th Avenue and Kiowa Street northwest deputies responded to a report of a man in the middle of the road, slumped over his steering wheel. Deputies observed the man breathing and attempted to knock on the windows with no response. He eventually woke up. He appeared impaired. Field sobriety tests were failed. He was arrested and charged with fourth degree DWI. 0.15%. Two guns were located in the vehicle.
  • On June 23 at the intersection of Bunker Lake and Hanson boulevards northwest deputies observed a stolen vehicle and stopped the vehicle. Two men bailed from the vehicle and ran, ACSO logs states. The two female passengers stated they didn’t know the men that ran, and they didn’t know the vehicle was stolen. One of the females had a warrant. She was arrested. A helicopter and drones were also up looking for the males. They have not been located.

Theft

  • On June 21 in the 13700 block of Round Lake Blvd. NW an employee reported that he had his bike stolen during his shift.

Property damage

  • On June 23 at the recycling center illegal dumping was reported and a suspect was identified.
  • On June 25 in the 2700 block of 141st Ave. NW illegal dumping of a mattress on private property was reported.

Anoka Property damage

  • On June 13 at 9:26 p.m. in the 1200 block of Seventh Ave. property damage was reported.
  • On June 15 at 10:39 a.m. in the 2800 block of Lincoln Place property damage was reported.
  • On June 15 at 11:12 a.m. in the 2800 block of Lincoln Place, damage to property was reported.

Theft/fraud

  • On June 9 at 1:42 p.m. in the 400 block of Western Lane identity theft was reported.
  • On June 14 at 2:47 p.m. in the 3000 block of Eighth Ave. theft was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • On June 14 at 10:43 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 10 and Thurston Avenue a driver fled in a motor vehicle.


Bethel Property damage

  • On June 19 in the 100 block of 237th Lane NE a window was broken on a home.
  • On June 22 in the 23500 block of University Ave. NW metal was reported stolen from a dumpster at a business. The suspects were identified.

Coon Rapids Arrests

  • On June 19 at 5:25 p.m. at the intersection of Coon Rapids and Egret boulevards northwest police arrested a driver and they were charged with third-degree DWI.
  • On June 19 at 10:51 p.m. at the intersection of Round Lake Boulevard and River Rapids Diver northwest police arrested a driver and they were charged with fourth-degree DWI.
  • ON June 21 at 3:53 a.m. in the 9600 block of Foley Blvd. NW police arrested a driver and they were charged with second-degree DWI.
  • On June 24 at 7:33 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 10 and Hanson Boulevard northwest police arrested a driver and they were charged with third-degree DWI.
  • On June 24 at 6:07 p.m. in the 10600 block of Wren St. NW police arrested a driver and they were charged with DWI.

Property damage

  • On June 24 at 10:42 a.m. in the 10200 block of Mississippi Blvd. NW tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
  • On June 25 at 3:33 p.m. in the 9200 block of Springbrook Drive NW property damage was reported.

Theft

  • On June. 19 at 3:59 p.m. in the 8600 block of Springbrook Drive NW theft was reported.
  • On June 20 at 7:46 p.m. in the 13000 block of Riverdale Drive NW shoplifting was reported.
  • On June 21 at 9:07a.m. in the 12900 block of Riverdale Drive NW shoplifting was reported.
  • On June 21 at 9:58 a.m. in the 13000 block of Riverdale Drive NW shoplifting was reported.
  • On June 21 at 6:13 a.m. in the 10600 block of University Ave. NW shoplifting was reported.
  • On June 21 at 4:28 p.m. in the 3000 block of Coon Rapids Blvd. NW theft was reported.
  • On June 21 at 3:48 p.m. in the 8600 block of Springbrook Drive NW theft was reported.
  • ON June 22 at 9:41 p.m. in the 3300 block of 124th Ave. NW police recovered a stolen vehicle.
  • On June 22 at 6:29 p.m. in the 8600 block of Springbrook Drive NW shoplifting was reported.
  • ON June 22 at 2:37 p.m. in the 12000 block of Jonquil St. NW felony fraud was reported.
  • ON June 23 at 11:59 a.m. in the 3500 block of 124th Ave. NW shoplifting was reported.
  • On June 23 at 2:30 p.m. in the 3000 block of 113th Ave. NE identity theft was reported.
  • On June 20 at 9:15 a.m. in the 2000 block of Northdale Blvd. NW felony theft was reported.
  • On June 23 at 5:36 p.m. in the 3200 block of 131st Ave. NW fraud was reported.
  • On June 23 at 7:29 a.m. in the 12100 block of Tulip St. NW theft from a motor vehicle was reported.
  • On June 24 at 6:37 p.m. in the 3300 block of 124th Ave. NW a business was reported burglarized.
  • On June 24 at 6:15 p.m. in the 10000 block of Dogwood St. NW theft from a motor vehicle was reported.
  • On June 24 at 9:44 p.m. in the 13000 block of Riverdale Drive NW shoplifting was reported.
  • ON June 25 at 5:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of Jonquil St. NW a vehicle was reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

  • On June 23 at 8:53 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 10 and Foley Boulevard northwest a driver fled from police in a motor vehicle.
  • On June 24 at 1:40 a.m. in the 10000 block of Magnolia St. N a driver fled from police in a motor vehicle.

Ham Lake Arrests

  • On June 20 in the 13400 block of Highway 65 NE deputies ran a license plate, and the vehicle came back with a KOPS alert out of St. Paul for an assault related to a drive-by-shooting. The deputy called St. Paul police and confirmed the warrant and probable cause for arrest. The deputy figured out the room the suspect was in and knocked, the male answered the door and was told to step out of the room. Once he was secured, drugs and paraphernalia were in plain sight. A warrant to search the room was obtained. The male was arrested.
  • On June 21 at the intersection of Highway 65 and County Road 10 deputies stopped a driver for swerving and braking erratically causing other vehicles to go into the ditch. The driver appeared impaired. He stated he was fishing and drank two beers. Field sobriety tests were failed. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree DWI. BAC: 0.134%.

Oak Grove Arrest

  • On June 20 at the intersection of Lake George Boulevard and 206th Avenue northwest a caller reported an impaired male leaving the location. Deputies located the vehicle and observed poor driving conduct and stopped the driver. The driver appeared impaired and stated he had one drink. Field sobriety tests were failed. He was arrested and charged with third-degree DWI. BAC: 0.20%.

Theft

  • On June 23 in the 2800 block of 199th Ave. NW a riding lawn mower was stolen from a yard. A key was left in it.
  • On June 25 in the 18500 block of Lake George Blvd. NW a recovered stolen vehicle out of Blaine was located.
  • On June 26 in the 18800 block of Blackfoot St. NW vandalism was reported as juveniles were pulling plants out of yard.

St. Francis Theft/fraud

  • On June 18 at 9:04 p.m. in the 23900 block of St. Francis Blvd. NW police recovered a stolen vehicle.
  • On June 19 at 8:22 p.m. in the 23200 block of Ambassador Blvd. NW fraud was reported.

Miscellaneous

On June 23 at 2:45 p.m. in the 22800 block of Ambassador Blvd. NW criminal sexual conduct was reported.
