Andover Theft
On July 2 in the 1700 block of 145th Lane NW, a chop saw was reported stolen from the back of a pickup truck.
On July 2 in the 4000 block of S. Enchanted Drive NW, mail was reported stolen from an unsecured mailbox and a check was taken.
Coon Rapids Arrests
On July 1 at 6:17 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Coon Creek Boulevard NW, police arrested a driver who was charged with DWI test refusal.
On July 2 at 1:09 a.m. at the intersection of Coon Rapids Boulevard and Zilla Street NW, police arrested a driver who was charged with fourth-degree DWI.
On June 26 at 5:08 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 10 and Foley Boulevard NW, police arrested a driver who was charged with third-degree DWI.
On June 26 at 11:06 p.m. in the 900 block of 104th Lane NW, police arrested a driver who was charged with second-degree DWI.

On July 1 at 3:39 p.m. in the 3300 block of 124th Ave. NW, criminal sexual conduct was reported.

East Bethel Property damage
On July 3 in the 23700 block of Johnson St. NE, vandalism to vehicles was reported. Holes were drilled in gas tanks.
Arrests
On June 27 at the intersection of Greenbrook and Briarwood Lane NE, a deputy stopped a motorcycle because the driver appeared to be having balance issues. While speaking with the driver, he appeared impaired and smelled like alcohol. He stated he didn’t have anything to drink. Field sobriety tests were failed, and he was arrested for fourth-degree DWI. BAC: 0.112%.
On June 30 in the 900 block of 189th Ave. NE, deputies responded to three clients fighting with staff and damaging property. Three female clients were arrested. One staff member was transported to the hospital.
Ham Lake Property damage
On June 30 in the 14300 block of Staples St. NE, a vehicle drove through a yard, ran over mailboxes and struck a light pole.
Arrests
On June 29 in the 1800 block of 171st Ave. NE, deputies responded to a party where a fight between two males broke out. Both males were charged, one went to the hospital. Citations will be issued.
Nowthen Arrests
On June 30 in the 22400 block of St. Francis Blvd. NW, deputies responded to three clients out of control and rioting. They got the situation under control and the three females were arrested and charged with criminal property damage.
Oak Grove Arrest
On June 28 at the intersection of Viking Boulevard and Gillis Street NW, deputies responded to a motorcycle crash. When they arrived, they located a woman with blood on her. She stated she didn’t remember what happened. She smelled like alcohol. She stated she did not have anything to drink. She blew a 0.083%. A warrant for blood was obtained. She will be arrested once released from the hospital.
Ramsey Arrest
On June 12 at 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Alpine Drive and Armstrong Boulevard NW, police were dispatched to a single vehicle property damage collision in which the vehicle drove over a roundabout. Police located the vehicle nearby with disabling damage. A 21-year-old male driver was subsequently arrested and charged with third-degree DWI.
Property damage
On June 10 at 8:02 a.m. at the intersection of 146th Avenue and Rhinestone Street NW, about $1,500 worth of property damage was reported.
Theft
On June 2 at 11:07 a.m. at an unlisted address on Bowers Drive NW, bitcoin fraud of about $2,000 was reported.
On June 2 at 7:28 p.m. in the 5400 block of 144th Way NW, fraud was reported.
On June 3 at 2:54 p.m. in the 7900 block of Sunwood Drive NW, the caller reported that a woman left the store without paying for a shopping cart full of items. Police contacted the female suspect by phone, and she admitted to having taken the items. The 27-year-old woman was mailed a citation for theft.
On June 4 at 8:46 a.m. in the 7500 block of Sunwood Drive, police responded to a fraud report. Police spoke to the 50-year-old caller, who advised that a 35-year-old woman had forged his signature on a vehicle title. The female was arrested and charged with fraud.
On June 4 at 12:03 p.m. at a business on Riverdale Drive NW, it was reported that a man paid for tires by phone, picked them up and now the credit card company is disputing the charge.
On June 4 at 1:25 p.m. in the 16300 block of Quicksilver St. NW, theft from a motor vehicle was reported.
On June 5 at 11:50 a.m. in the 7100 block of 139th Ave. NW, fraud was reported.
On June 5 at 1:43 p.m. at an unlisted address on Willemite St., a caller reported that she purchased five $500 Sam’s Club gift cards ($2,500) and sent a picture of them to an unknown person who said they were from a fraud department.
On June 5 at 2:52 p.m. in the 6400 block of Highway 10 NW, identity theft was reported. A woman reportedly had taken her and her mother’s business employee identification number to open a fake business.
On June 12 at 3:43 p.m. at an unlisted address on Sunfish Lake Court NW, police were dispatched to a phone call report from a business that their company email was hacked and fake invoices were sent out requesting payment from customers. The caller was going to make contact with all customers affected by the fake emails. The case was forwarded to investigations for follow-up.

A Blaine Police Department spokesperson said in an email that “The city has decided to no longer post the calls for service on the city website. We post calls on the police Facebook page.” As of ABC Newspapers’ press deadline, detailed calls for service were not available on that social media page.

On June 29 in the 5000 block of Central Ave. NE police arrested a driver and they were charged with third-degree DWI.
On July 2 in the 3000 block of Central Ave. NE police arrested a driver and they were charged with fourth-degree DWI.

Fridley Arrests
On June 26 at Walmart theft was reported. Police arrested two women who were both charged with theft and trespassed from the store.
On June 26 at 9:33 p.m. in the 5600 block of E. River Road NE police received an impaired driver complaint. Police located the vehicle and arrested the driver and he was charged with fourth-degree DWI.
On June 27 at 5:33 p.m. at Walmart police were dispatched a theft in progress was reported. Police detained a woman for suspected theft, then she was arrested on outstanding warrants.
On June 27 at 10:20 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 5800 block of Central Ave. NE police arrested a driver and they were charged with third-degree DWI.
On June 29 at 9:33 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 65 and Mississippi Street northeast police arrested a driver and they were charged with DWI.

On June 25 at 8:31 a.m. in the 600 block of Hugo St. NE vandalism was reported.
On June 26 at 9:43 a.m. at the intersection of University Avenue and Osborne Road northeast a second-degree assault involving a firearm was reported.
On July 1 at 4:50 p.m. at the intersection of I-694 and E. River Road NE police responded to a traffic collision. Police arrived to find that the driver had left the scene. Police caught up to the vehicle and pulled it over. Police arrested a woman and she was charged with leaving the scene of a collision and DWI.

On June 25 at 1:29 a.m. in the 6000 block of University Ave. NE a residence was reported burglarized.
On June 25 at 1:08 p.m. in the 100 block of Mississippi Place NE fraud was reported.
On June 25 at 4:45 p.m. at Walmart police were dispatched to a theft of merchandise report and domestic assault. Police arrested a man and he was charge with domestic assault by strangulation. The woman involved in the incident was cited for theft.
On June 25 at 6:12 p.m. in the 6300 block of Central Ave. NE theft was reported.
On June 25 at 11:17 p.m. in the 5700 block of E. River Road NE theft from a motor vehicle was reported.

On June 28 at 9:27 p.m. in the 700 block of 73rd Ave. NE police responded to a report of a man pulling a gun on another man. Suspect was gone on police’s arrive. Formal statements were taken.
