Columbia Heights Seeking Input On Medtronic Site Redevelopment

Columbia Heights wants to spur development at a former Medtronic office, and it wants the community’s input. The city held an open house at Columbia Heights City Hall regarding the property at 800 53rd Ave. NE.

“We want to hear from you,” Minneapolis-based planning and landscape architecture consulting firm HKGi Vice President Bryan Harjes said. “We want to give you context, go online and spend more time with these graphics and this information. The online (public input) form will be open for two weeks. All Of Your Input Will Feed Into Our Direction Going Forward.”
