Andover Council OK Assessments For Projects Bunker Lake Village

At the Nov. 4 meeting, the Andover City Council unanimously passed a resolution adopting the assessment roll for the full depth reclamation project, as well as mill and overlay of Bunker Lake Village. Council Member Ted Butler was not present, and the vote was 4-0.

Berkowitz combined both items into one public hearing, since they had been constructed at the same time. He stated that the project location for the reclamation was the Hills of Bunker Lake development, where pavement had gone into complete failure.
