Married couple Elizabeth Christensen and Joshua Colbert from the US state of Minnesota are unique in many ways: they met through a dating app, only to discover later that they attended the same kindergarten and were born on the same day in the same hospital.

Elizabeth Christensen, a mother of two young children, met post-divorce Colbert, who was also divorced, through the dating app Hinge in April 2023, and they married five months later, the Telegraph reports.

They discovered that they went to the same kindergarten and the same grade, and that they were born on the same day, September 13, 1988, at the same hospital – Mercy in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, just six hours apart.

Because of all those coincidences, the couple says they believe God brought them back together. Elizabeth was previously married for nine years before divorcing, and Joshua for five.

Joshua proposed to Elizabeth a month after they met on the app and they married four months after that - on September 13, 2023, the day they turned 35. /Telegraph/
