ANDOVER
Arrests
• On March 15 at the intersection of Tulip Street and 168th Lane NW at 12:40 a.m. a caller reported a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. The caller stopped to help but the driver appeared impaired so he called 911. The deputies arrived and observed the vehicle parked in the middle of traffic. The driver was outside the vehicle stumbling. The driver took a preliminary breath test and blew a 0.23%. He was arrested.
• On March 17 at the intersection of Bunker Lake Boulevard and Goldenrod Street northwest at 2:16 a.m. deputies stopped a driver for poor driving conduct. When the deputies made contact, they smelled alcohol and noticed the driver’s speech was slurred. He stated he had one beer. Field sobriety tests were failed. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree DWI.
• On March 20 in the 1800 block of Bunker Lake Blvd. NW a caller reported a male had shot a BB gun at her vehicle window in a parking lot. Deputies arrived and figured out the situation and waited for the suspects to exit the store. Deputies made contact and eventually a 17-year-old male admitted shooting an Orbeez gel blaster gun at the window. Parents were contacted and formal charges will be completed through a juvenile contact form.

Theft
• On March 21 in the 24300 block of Highway 65 NE an unsecured mini-bike was stolen.
Arrests
• On March 16 at the intersection of Highway 65 and 181st Avenue NE at 10:40 p.m. deputies stopped a driver for not using their turn signal on multiple turns. When the deputy made contact the driver ap-peared impaired and there was an odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests weren’t conducted for safety reasons but the driver blew a 0.188%. He was arrested and charged with third-degree DWI.
• On March 16 in the 18100 block of Highway 65 NE a caller reported a man inside a secured fence on private property cutting down trees. Deputies knew that the male had been trespassed from the property prior. They saw the man, and once he noticed law enforcement, he ran. A perimeter was set up and the man was located hiding in the woods and arrested and charged with trespassing

• On March 15 in the 14800 block of Aberdeen St. NE a stolen vehicle out of Brooklyn Center was located at the business.
OAK GROVE
Arrest
• On March 20 in the 21000 block of Sycamore St. NW –deputies went to serve an ex-parte order for protection. The male that was served refused to leave and began stalling. He then ran from the depu-ties but was captured and arrested.
RAMSEY

• On March 2 at 12:53 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 10 and Feldspar northwest police stopped a wrong-way driver on Highway 10 NW. Police said that the driver was found under the influence of alcohol and arrested. The 29-year-old female driver submitted to a breath test and was booked into jail on third-Degree DWI charges.

• On March 1 at 5:51 p.m. in the 16000 block of Rhinestone St. NW a caller reported that she received a phone call from an unknown person advising she was being subpoenaed. Police advised here that it was probably a scam.
• On March 1 at 7:22 p.m. in the 14600 block of Rhinestone ST. NW license plates were reported stolen.
• On March 2 at 2:27 p.m. in the 14900 block of Waco St. NW a caller reported that she recently received a scam/fraud phone call from a fake FBI agent.
• On March 3 at 10:50 p.m. in the 14100 block of Dysprosium St. NW license plates were reported stolen.
• On March 5 at 2:45 p.m. in the 7500 block of 145th Ave. NW a caller reported a delayed burglary. The complainant did not observe anything missing from her apartment but believed someone was in there.
• On March 6 at 3 p.m. in the 16700 block of Sodium St. NW caller reported wall décor was stolen.
• On March 6 at 9:24 a.m. in the 6700 block of Highway 10 NW a four wheeler was reported stolen from the front lot of the business.
• On March 7 at 9:43 p.m. police were dispatched to a theft at Casey’s General Store. Police reviewed video footage and identified a female suspect. Officers attempted to contact the female but were unable. She was mailed a citation for theft along with a letter advising her she was trespassed from the store.

• On March 4 at 2:44 p.m. in the 9000 block of 178th Ave. NW a caller reported that a fork lift had dam-aged some grass in his yard.
• On March 4 at 6:51 a.m. in the 15100 block of Snowy Owl St. NW a caller reported her house was egged last night.

• On March 16 at 11:56 a.m. following a traffic stop, where the driver tried to feel, at the intersection of University and 89th avenues police arrested a driver who was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, providing false info to police and on an outstanding warrant.
• On March 16 at 8:19 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 0-99 block of Northtown Drive NE police arrest-ed a driver who was charged on several violation including DWI, providing false info to police, and on an outstanding warrant.
• On March 17 at 1:47 a.m. police conducted a traffic at the intersection of Highway 10 and Highway 610 northeast for multiple alleged moving violations.
• On March 17 at 11:21 p.m. at the intersection of 105th and Central avenues police stated that a juvenile fled in a stolen motor vehicle. The juvenile was later found by Coon Rapids Police and detained on fleeing in a motor vehicle and stolen vehicle charges.
• On March 17 at 5:54 p.m. at the intersection of Central and 109th avenues a caller reported a drunk driver. Police stopped the alleged driver and they were charged on several violations including felony DWI and an open container.
• On March 17 at 7:51 p.m. following a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 10 and Foley Boulevard northwest police arrested a driver who was charged with fourth-degree DWI.
• On March 16 at 8:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at the intersection of Rendova Street and 122nd Circle northeast police arrested a driver who was charged with third-degree DWI. BAC: 0.12%.
• On March 18 at 10:59 a.m. following a traffic at the intersection of 89th Avenue and 87th Lane northeast police arrested a woman who was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• On March 23 at the intersection of 46th Avenue and Fillmore Street northeast, a property-damage colli-sion occurred. Police arrested a 23-year-old male driver from Minneapolis who was charged with DWI.

Arrests
• On March 6 at 10:46 p.m. in the 1200 block of Osborne Road NE police were dispatched to a commercial business alarm. Police observed and alarm pull off of the wall inside the front door. Police located a man inside. Police arrested the man and he was charged with burglary and property damage.
• On March 9 at 8:27 p.m. in the 8100 block of East River Road NE police noticed a driver allegedly commit a traffic violation. Police arrested the driver and he was charged with first-degree DWI.
• On March 9 at 11:35 p.m. in the 5100 block of E. River Road NE police arrested a driver and they were charged with fifth-degree drug possess and being in a county park after hours.
• On March 11 at 10:54 p.m. at the intersection of 52nd and Central avenues northeast police arrested a driver ad they were charged with several DWI-related offenses including second-degree test refusal, third-degree DWI, driving after revocation and failure maintain lane.
• On March 12 at 11:44 p.m. at the intersection of 71st Avenue and University Avenue East Service Road northeast, police found a man walking in the middle of the road. Police found that the man had warrant and they stated they found drugs on him. He was arrested and cited on the warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Assault
• On March 7 at 3:07 p.m. at Fridley High School multiple students were reported fighting. Several par-ties were detained and transported to the East Central Regional Juvenile Center on related charges including assault, riot and obstruction of justice.
Theft
• On March 6 at 10:18 a.m. in the 5600 block of E. River Road NE a caller reported that a package was stolen from a lobby.
• On March 6 at 11:54 a.m. at Walmart security stopped a man for not having a receipt as he left the store. The man returned to pay for the items in a lane, and then still failed to pay for the merchandise. Police cited and trespassed the man, arrested him and he was charged with theft.
• On March 6 at 10:43 a.m. in the 6800 block of University Ave. NE theft was reported.
• On March 7 at 1:55 p.m. in the 8100 block of University Ave. NE a pharmacist reported a fraudulent prescription that someone attempted to fill at their location.
• On March 8 at 10:25 a.m. in the 5600 block of Main St. NE a theft in progress was reported. Police ar-rested the suspect and he was charged with theft and cited on a warrant.
• On March 8 at 2:23 p.m. at Walmart a woman was reported stealing. Police cited and released the woman on theft charges.
• On March 8 at 10:18 p.m. at Walmart fraud was reported. Police investigated and discovered that mul-tiple gift cards were involved in the fraud attempt. Police gathered footage of the suspect who plant-ed the cards used in the fraud scheme.
• On March 9 at 1:47 p.m. in the 200 block of 57th Ave. NE police were dispatched for a theft in progress. Police cited and released the suspect on theft charged.
• On March 9 at 1:59 p.m. in the 8100 block of University Ave. NE a caller reported FTC fraud.
• On March 9 at 2:23 p.m. at the intersection of 57th and University avenues police received a d KOPS alert for felony theft. Police located the vehicle and then fled from officers. The vehicle was located at an apartment complex and then towed. The incident is under investigations.
• On March 10 at 9:47 a.m. in the 1200 block of 72nd Ave. NE a woman came to the police department to report that her EBT card was fraudulently used.
• On March 10 at 4:30 p.m. in the 200 block of 57th Ave. NE a felony theft was reported and a suspect was identified.
• On March 10 at 5:13 p.m. in the 5800 block of E. River Road a burglary was reported where someone used to a tool to open the apartment door. The caller believes that nothing was taken.
• On March 11 at 3:58 p.m. at Walmart a theft occurred and police detained a female suspect, and she was cited for theft. The woman also had warranted and she was transported to jail on the warrants.
• On March 12 at 3:11 p.m. in the 5900 block of Fourth St. NE fraud was reported.
• On March 19 at 3:11 p.m. in the 11300 block of Fergus St. NE identity theft was reported.
