Coon Rapids Police Association Hosts Charity Golf Tournament At Bunker Hills To Support Local Scholarships And Organizations

Swinging towards charity, the Coon Rapids Police Association held its second annual golf tournament at Bunker Hills Golf Course on August 12, drawing a crowd of community members and local law enforcement officers alike. The event, which was open to all interested parties, aimed to raise funds to assist various community organizations, as well as bolster scholarship programs for Coon Rapids students, according to Coon Rapids Police Department.

As per Coon Rapids Police Department's Facebook page, the police association, which consists of department personnel contributing a portion of their paychecks for philanthropic efforts, extended an invitation to local businesses and golf aficionados to sponsor or participate in the tournament.
