MONTICELLO — For the third year, artists will take over downtown Monticello, turning city streets into fanciful works of art during Let’s Chalk 2024.
The two-day street art festival — featuring entertainment, food and family fun — will be held along Walnut and River streets, including at West Bridge Park, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24 and Sunday, Aug. 25.
