The Anoka City Council has approved the purchase of two pieces of property during its Aug. 29 special meeting.
One lies adjacent to Greenhaven Golf Course at 649 Garfield St., and the other at 517 Johnson St. near the city-owned Miller Building. Both purchases have the council looking ahead to future development.
