Basketball Recap: Coon Rapids Cardinals vs. Blake Bears

Coon Rapids's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They managed a 59-53 win over the Blake Bears. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cardinals as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Coon Rapids' win ended a 14-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-14. As for Blake, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

Coon Rapids will be playing at home against Anoka at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Blake, they will take on Mounds Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
