Coon Rapids Receives Federal Funding For Senior Housing Development

An infusion of federal dollars has brought the fourth and final phase of the Riverdale Station apartment development in Coon Rapids closer to reality.

Project developer Sherman Associates, of Minneapolis,has been awarded $700,000 in federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program grant funds, targeted at creating affordable housing for low-income households.
