Blaine OKs Purchase Agreement For Last Acquisition Needed For 105th Project

At the April 21 meeting, the Blaine City Council gave a unanimous OK to the last property to be acquired for the 105th redevelopment project via a purchase agreement. Council member Chris Massoglia was absent from the meeting.

Community Development Director Erik Thorvig said that the property was the last to be acquired within the 105th Avenue area, currently under development for a number of new features including a baseball stadium and several commercial amenities.
