Coon Rapids Sewer Lining Project Low Bid Way Below Estimate
The low bid for a city of Coon Rapids sewer lining project was well under the engineer's estimate.
The Coon Rapids City Council April 15 unanimously awarded the contract to Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, Anoka, in the amount of $1.205 million. The engineer's estimate was $2.134 million.
