Anoka-Ramsey Community College Welcomes Students With Fall 2025 Welcome Week

Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) kicked off the Fall 2025 semester with a lively Welcome Week, designed to help students connect with campus resources, engage in activities, and settle into college life.

From August 18 to 22, both the Coon Rapids and Cambridge campuses hosted a variety of events aimed at fostering community and supporting student success. Highlights included greeting tables offering snacks, water bottles, and lanyards, as well as informational booths from LeadMN showcasing student leadership opportunities and resources.

In addition, ARCC held Orientation & Registration Express sessions to assist new and transfer students with course registration and familiarize them with college policies. These sessions provided personalized guidance to ensure a smooth transition into the semester.ARCC also emphasized student support services. Both campuses offer food pantry programs to address food insecurity, with the Coon Rapids campus providing daily pantry access and the Cambridge campus featuring a self-service refrigerated locker system. Monthly grab-and-go bags with non-perishable food and hygiene items are also available. Additionally, the college’s counseling services provide mental health support to promote student well-being.

“Welcome Week is all about helping students feel connected and supported as they start a new semester,” said an ARCC spokesperson. “We encourage students to take advantage of these events and the many resources available on campus.”

As the semester unfolds, ARCC will continue offering events and programs designed to enhance the student experience and foster a vibrant campus community.
