Blaine Council Accepts Bids For New Outdoor Hockey Rinks

The Blaine City Council accepted a $224,466 bid from Winberg Companies LLC to construct three new seasonal outdoor hockey rinks at the Lexington Athletic Complex.

The council approved the $350,000 project initially in December 2022 for construction in 2023, but the project was delayed, said Jerome Krieger, senior recreation manager.
