Coon Rapids Starting To Sell Properties It Owns
he Coon Rapids City Council has given the green light to sell some properties owned by the city and its Housing and Redevelopment Authority for development.
That happened earlier this year at a work session and the first occurred at the council's Oct. 15 meeting when an ordinance was adopted authorizing the sale of 12258 Crooked Lake Blvd. to 246 Home Capital Inc., Andover. The ordinance had been introduced at the Oct. 1 meeting.
