Developments are underway in Champlin as city officials including the mayor, city council members and staff joined Tom and Tracy DeQuattro to break ground on CHAR BLU Riverside, a one-of-a-kind restaurant set to become the newest attraction at Mississippi Crossings.
CHAR BLU Riverside will offer a casual yet elevated dining experience, featuring a diverse menu and a stunning outdoor patio that overlooks the Mississippi River and the outdoor performance area at Mississippi Crossings. This highly-anticipated landmark restaurant is expected to become a premier dining destination for both residents and visitors, further enhancing Champlin’s vibrant riverfront revitalization. It will serve as the cornerstone of the Mississippi Crossings Riverfront Redevelopment Project.
