Riverwood Healthcare Center welcomed Lynn Stottler, MD, to its emergency department provider team. Stottler's career spans over 20 years in family medicine and more recently, full-time emergency medicine practice since 2018.
Stottler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota Minneapolis. She completed her family medicine residency in Duluth.
Reflecting on her approach to medical care, Stottler said, “I feel privileged to provide compassionate care to my patients, often in their most vulnerable or unexpected situations.”
A Minnesota native, Stottler previously practiced family medicine in Moose Lake, where she served the community for over two decades. Since 2018, she has dedicated her practice exclusively to emergency medicine, helping patients navigate critical and acute medical needs.
Outside of work, Stottler enjoys cooking and traveling as well as spending time outdoors gardening, running, biking and skiing depending on the season. She and her husband keep busy with their two basset hounds, enjoying outdoor activities together and visiting their two grown daughters.
