Anoka-Ramsey Jazz Fest Renamed To Honor Educator, Musician

Anoka-Ramsey Community College’s annual jazz festival has been renamed the Geoff West Jazz Fest to honor the memory of the festival founder, brass musician and former Anoka-Ramsey instructor.

The event will welcome professional, high school and collegiate musicians to Anoka-Ramsey’s Coon Rapids campus for workshops and performances Friday, Feb. 28.
