Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks Unveils Ninth Twin Cities Shop, Opening In March

The popular local pizza chain is putting down roots in Apple Valley.

Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks is preparing to open its ninth Twin Cities restaurant.

The quickly expanding local chain, which was named among Yelp's 100 best pizza shops in the Midwest last year, announced on Friday that it'll begin slinging cheesesteaks and pizza at 7394 153rd St. W in Apple Valley on March 8.

In an email sent to customers, the pizza chain said it'll reveal more details about opening festivities and hours to newsletter subscribers in the coming days.

Most recently, Tono opened a location in southwest Minneapolis at West 50th St. and Washington Avenue S. Tono also has locations in Inver Grove Heights, Maple Grove, Chanhassen, Woodbury, Coon

Rapids, St. Paul, and Maplewood.
