Man And Woman Found Dead At Ramsey Home Are Identified
Few details about the pair have been released.
Authorities have identified the man and woman found dead at a home in Ramsey, which followed a shelter-in-place alert from police after a neighbor was threatened by a man with a gun.
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office has confirmed the decedents as Hulda Mosiori, 42, of Ramsey, and Mel Melchizedek, 51, of an unknown address.
Details regarding the relationship between the pair have not been released, nor has the manner of their deaths been confirmed.
Hulda Mosiori is listed online as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Maple Grove.
The sheriff's office said the incident unfolded around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 15200 block of Snowy Owl Street Northwest, with police receiving a call stating that a man "confronted a neighbor with a firearm before returning to his home nearby."
The shelter-in-place order was issued for the surrounding area, with police then attempting to make contact with the residents inside the suspect's home.
When they eventually entered, police found Melchizedek and Mosiori dead.
Police say the shelter-in-place was then lifted, there is no threat to the public, and they are not searching for any suspects, the implication being that the armed man who threatened the neighbor was Melchizedek, though this has not been formally confirmed by police.
The incident remains under investigation.
