Coon Rapids To Buy Vacant College Land From State
Vacant Anoka-Ramsey Community College land will be acquired by Coon Rapids from the state.
The Coon Rapids City Council April 15 unanimously approved a purchase agreement with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (Minnesota State) for 3.9 acres of wooded property on the 3100 block of 111th Avenue Northwest, which the college has owned since 1989.
