COON RAPIDS, MN – May 30, 2025 – Music lovers, rejoice! The Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park has announced its highly anticipated and completely free Summer Concert Series lineup for 2025, promising a diverse range of musical evenings under the stars. The series is set to kick off on Thursday, June 5, and will continue weekly through August 7.

All concerts will be held on Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. at the performance pavilion located at 9750 Egret Boulevard within the scenic park. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable seating. Adding to the convenience, Anoka County Parks will waive the vehicle entrance permit fee for the park on concert evenings.

The 2025 lineup features a vibrant mix of genres, ensuring there's something for every musical taste:

• June 5: Church of Cash (Johnny Cash Tribute) - Kicking off the series with the iconic sounds of the Man in Black.
• June 12: LP & the 45s (Classic Hits/Variety) - A journey through beloved classic tunes.

• June 26: Anti-Skip Protection (90s-2000s Hits) - Relive the recent past with hits from the 90s and 2000s.
• July 10: Holy Rocka Rollaz (50s Rock 'n' Roll) - More classic rock and roll to keep the energy high.
• July 17: Stir Krazy (60s-90s Radio Rock) - A broad spectrum of rock hits spanning three decades.
• July 24: Rockie Lynne (Country) - Enjoy an evening of heartfelt country music.
• July 31: Ecuador Manta (Latin Fusion) - Experience the vibrant rhythms of Latin fusion.
• August 7: The Revolution 5 (Beatles Tribute) - The series concludes with a trip down memory lane, celebrating the timeless music of The Beatles.

The concerts, coordinated by the Coon Rapids Art Commission, will take place rain or shine at Pavilion 3. While the entertainment is free, concessions will be available for purchase from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on concert nights, allowing attendees to grab a bite before the music starts.
