COON RAPIDS, MN – July 15, 2025 – Pet owners and animal enthusiasts in Coon Rapids are invited to mark their calendars for the annual Coon Rapids Pet Fair, promising a day of "fur-tastic" entertainment, resources, and community connection. Set to take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., this year's event boasts a new indoor location at the Coon Rapids Civic Center, 11155 Robinson Drive NW.

The Coon Rapids Pet Fair (Activity #6302) is a beloved community tradition, welcoming all ages and specializing in bringing people together for the love of pets! Attendees and their well-behaved, leashed furry friends are encouraged to join in the vibrant atmosphere and look forward to a variety of engaging activities designed for both pets and their humans, including:

• Pet/Owner Costume Contest: A highly anticipated highlight where creativity shines as pets and their people show off their themed attire.
• Pet Parade: An opportunity for all furry friends to strut their stuff.

Vendors Wanted! Connect with Hundreds of Local Pet Owners

Do you specialize in pet-related products and services? The Coon Rapids Pet Fair offers an excellent platform to showcase your items, interact with guests, and connect with a passionate and engaged audience ready to invest in their pets' happiness.

Vendor Information and Guidelines:

• Vendor Fee: $50 for a booth space.
• Non-profit Fee: $25 for non-profit organizations.
• Booth Size: Vendors will be located indoors in a 10' x 10' booth space. One 6-foot or 8-foot table and two chairs will be provided; vendors should plan to bring additional furnishings if needed.
• Prize Contribution: Vendors must contribute a prize basket for the hourly and contest drawings, adding to the excitement for attendees.
• Booth Approval: All booth requests must be approved by Pet Fair staff. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry if a vendor's product or service does not align with the goals of the event.
• Setup: Set-up time starts as early as 8 a.m. and must be completed by 9:45 a.m.
• Event Duration: Booths are required to be active until 1:30 p.m. Early tear-down is not allowed.
• Booth Reservation: Booths will be reserved upon receipt of your fee.
• Registration Deadline: The deadline for vendor registration is Friday, September 5, 2025.
• Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made on or prior to August 21, 2025. No refunds will be given after August 21, 2025.
• Weather Clause: The event will be conducted rain or shine; Pet Fair staff will determine the course of action in the event of severe weather.
