Arrests
• On July 15 in the 13700 block of Ibis St. NW multiple callers reported a possible drunk driver leaving. Deputies observed the vehicle and caught the poor driving conduct on camera. Deputies stopped the male who appeared impaired and stated he had four beers. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. He was arrested and charged with second-degree DWI. BAC: 0.263%.
• On July 17 at the intersection of Jay Street and 138th Avenue NW. Deputies located the vehicle and observed poor driving conduct and stopped the driver. She appeared impaired and stated she had one drink. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. She was arrested and charged with third-degree DWI. BAC: 0.19%.
• On July 17 in the 3100 block of 140th Ave. NW deputies were called to a personal injury crash. When they arrived, they located two vehicles, one had hit the other. Witnesses stated the one vehicle was all over the road. Deputies went to talk to the driver and he appeared impaired. Field sobriety tests were failed and he blew a .08. However, 11 grams of marijuana was found in his vehicle. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree DWI.
• On July 18 at the intersection of Martin Street and Bunker Lake Boulevard northwest deputies stopped a driver for not having a rear license light. The driver smelled like alcohol and deputies asked how many drinks he had, and he stated he couldn’t remember. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree. BAC: .08%.
• On July 18 in the 13600 block of Martin St. NW multiple callers reported an intoxicated male fell in a parking lot as he was leaving then drove off. Deputies located him and he was stopped, and found that the driver smelled like alcohol and appeared impaired. He stated he had six beers. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree DWI BAC: .09%.

• On July 14 in the 100 block of 139th Ave. NW medications were stolen from the mailbox.
• On July 14 in the 1200 block of 155th Lane NW an unlocked vehicle in the driveway was rummaged through overnight.
• On July 17 in the 16000 block of N. Enchanted Drive NW a license plate was stolen from a vehicle.
Property damage
• On July 17 in the 600 block of 140th Lane NW a vehicle in the driveway was shot by a paintball gun and caused damage.

• On July 4 at 10:07 p.m. in the 3000 block of Fourth Ave. police responded to a call of a woman who reported she was assaulted by one of her friends. Police located the suspect, arrested her and charged her with assault, interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.
• On July 8 at 12:13 a.m. at the intersection of Eighth Avenue and Madison Street police arrested a driver and charged them with DWI.
• On July 8 at 9:42 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and Fifth Avenue. police arrested a driver and charged them with DWI.
• On July 9 at 12:13 p.m. at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and South Street police arrested a driver and charged them with DWI.
• On July 9 at the intersection of E. Main Street and Ninth Avenue and police arrested a driver for DWI test refusal.
• On July 14 at 10:42 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and First Avenue Anoka County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop in the city of Anoka and arrested the driver and charged them with fourth-degree DWI.

• On July 13 at 7:57 a.m. at the intersection of Bunker Boulevard and Seventh Avenue police located a motorcycle that’s driver was suspected to have fled from St. Francis Police. Anoka police pursued the vehicle for about 2.4 miles and the pursuit was terminated for suspect’s driving conduct.
• On July 15 at 11:47 p.m. at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Grant Street an underage DWI incident occurred.

• On July 18 at 2:20 p.m. at the intersection of Jay Street and 122nd Lane NW a felony terroristic threats incident was reported.
EAST BETHEL
Arrests
• On July 15 in the 19700 block of Rochester St. NE deputies made two warrant arrests. Deputies learned there was a woman and man who had drug warrants. Deputies went to locate them and found them outside the home. They were identified and arrested. Drugs, paraphernalia, and lock picking tools were found in their vehicle.
• On July 18 at the intersection of 221st Avenue and Highway 65 northeast police made a warrant arrest following a traffic stop. Deputies observed a suspicious vehicle and it had a cracked windshield, so it was stopped. When deputies made contact, there was a strong smell of marijuana. The occupants were identified, and one had a warrant. He was arrested. Drugs and paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.
Theft
• On July 14 in the 1300 block of 226th Ave. NE a lock was cut off a shed and tires and rims were stolen.
• On July 19 in the 23200 block of Taylor St. NE a suspect entered through open garage door, stole cash and credit cards out of a purse.
• On July 20 in the 20600 block of Highway 65 NE electrical wiring was stolen from an outdoor hockey rink lighting system.
HAM LAKE
Arrests
• On July 20 at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and 133rd Lane NE deputies stopped a driver for going 35 in a 55 suspecting that there was something wrong. The driver appeared impaired and had a beer in the console. DWI 3rd degree; a Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. She was arrested. BAC: 0.29%.
Property damage
• On July 19 in the 17800 block of Central Ave. golf balls and pellets were shot at a building
• On July 19 in the 1700 block of Constance Blvd. NE screens were cut and writing on was made on doors of a school.
Theft
• On July 19 at Lion’s Park three vehicles had broken rear windows a purse, earbuds, jewelry and credit cards were stolen. The cards were used fraudulently in Coon Rapids.
OAK GROVE
Theft
• On July 18 in the 22300 block of University Ave. NW Amazon packages were stolen from a mailbox.

• On July 13 at 12:30 p.m. in the 3500 block of Bridge St. NW forgery was reported.

• On July 14 at the intersection of 54th Avenue NE and Madison Street NE a single vehicle crash occurred. The male driver was located and found to be 11 years old. The juvenile was returned home and left in the custody of his mother. No injuries were reported.
• On July 14 in the 5200 block of University Avenue NE two vehicles were involved in a crash that resulted in injuries. The at-fault driver was cited for driving after suspension, inattentive driving and for having an uninsured vehicle.
• On July 14 in the 8000 block of University Avenue NE a male reported that while he was parked in a parking lot outside a fast food restaurant, someone pulled up next to his vehicle and purposefully door-dinged him causing damage.
• On July 14 at the intersection of 109th Avenue NE and Central Avenue NE a male driver, who fled on foot from a crash, was located by a K9 and arrested by officers.
• On July 15 at the intersection of Interstate 694 and University Avenue NE two vehicles were involved in a crash. One driver reported back pain and was transported by Allina EMS to a hospital.

• On July 16 in the 6400 block of Fifth Street NE a domestic assault was reported.
• On July 18 in the 500 block of Medtronic Parkway NE a male was arrested for aggravated robbery after attempting to rob another individual. The person who the male attempted to rob shot the male and was arrested for second-degree assault and reckless discharge of a firearm.
DWI, drugs
• On July 12 in the 5300 block of Central Avenue NE officers attempted to pull over a male driver for an equipment violation, but the driver fled. The vehicle eventually pulled over and the driver was arrested for a fourth-degree DWI and for fleeing police officers.
• On July 12 in the 7200 block of Highway 65 NE a driver, who was pulled over for speeding, was arrested for a first-degree DWI and fifth-degree drug possession.
• On July 13 in the 6600 block of East River Road NE a driver was detained for first-degree drug possession, possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a vehicle and for speeding. The driver was released and will be charged out of custody pending toxicology results.
• On July 13 at the intersection of Interstate 694 and Seventh Street NE a driver was arrested for a third-degree DWI and cited for driving without a valid license and for stopping past a stop line.
• On July 14 in the 6000 block of Main Street NE officers conducted a welfare check on a male asleep in his vehicle. The male was arrested for second-degree DWI.
• On July 14 in the 5700 block of East River Road NE a driver was arrested for third-degree DWI.
• On July 14 in the 800 block of Medtronic Parkway NE a driver was arrested for third-degree DWI after being pulled over for failing to obey a traffic signal and for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

• On July 16 in the 1600 block of Interstate 694 a driver was arrested for a fourth-degree DWI and driving after revocation after being pulled over for failure to maintain lane.
• On July 18 in the 4900 block of Third Street NE an impaired driver who was driving through yards was located by police, but the driver fled. The driver was later apprehended in Minneapolis and arrested for a DWI, reckless driving, fleeing officers in a motor vehicle, for having no Minnesota drivers license and fifth-degree assault.

• On July 13 at the intersection of Interstate 694 and East River Road NE an officer attempted to stop a motorcycle for a traffic violation, but the motorcycle fled.
• On July 14 in the 700 block of Bennett Drive NE an individual reported that a female was posting child pornography on a social media site.
• On July 16 at the intersection of 59th Avenue and Third Street NE an officer attempted to stop a vehicle registered to an owner with multiple outstanding warrants, but the vehicle fled. The officer did not pursue, but an alert was put out for the vehicle.
