ST. PAUL, MINN. — Construction on the CR Crossing apartment complex, a multi-family housing project located in Coon Rapids, Minn., is now complete.
The building, by Big-D Construction Midwest, Hornig Companies and Collage Architects, is four storeys and has 43 units featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom units with open floor plans. The apartments range from 453 to 940 square feet.
CR Crossing apartment amenities include a clubroom, a fitness center, rooftop deck, gas grill stations, a community fire pit and underground parking.
According to Hornig Companies, the property is designed with technology including a fobbed Smart Entry System, fiber Internet access in each unit, WiFi available in common areas and access to EV charging stations.
CR Crossing also includes rooftop solar panels to offset carbon emissions. The green landscape design features local plants and a stormwater management system.
