Ramsey Sells Vacant Land For Combined Auto Repair And Office Space

The Ramsey City Council, during its April 9 meeting, voted unanimously to sell a nearly 1-acre piece of industrial-zoned land that has sat vacant for nearly 18 years.

“(I’m) really happy to be here this evening for the opportunity to sell a piece of land that the city has held for a good number of years to a wonderful company called Blanery LLC,” Economic Development Manager Sean Sullivan said during his presentation to the council.
