Where Your Favorite Twin Cities Food Trucks Will Be The Week Of June 10: Everywhere you'll find 35 different food trucks around the Twin Cities this week.
The Twin Cities have a rich food scene. There are James Beard-winning restaurateurs, celebrity chefs opening new hubs, the state fair, and plenty of young talent surprising diners every year.
Yet, one often overlooked aspect of dining around the region is the delightful, diverse array of food trucks. We're acting accordingly. Bring Me The News is launching a new weekly column — hi, you're reading it right now — with a focus on food trucks in the Twin Cities and beyond.
Each week, we'll (hopefully) offer a little insight on what's happening at your favorite mobile restaurants and, more importantly, serve up a calendar of where you can find the best food trucks throughout the week.
The calendar is organized by food truck, listing the hubs — breweries, food truck festivals, and other celebratory events — where they'll be parked, slinging brick oven pizzas, tacos, egg rolls on a stick, lobster rolls, and everything else your hungry heart desires.
