Like in a lot of families, the three Kroeger boys are encouraged to explore their interests in the arts. And for the youngest, seven year old William it's acting. During the COVID-19 pandemic, at age four, he found acting classes online.
"So my mom signed me up for online stage and then I did Seussical in October 2020,” William said.
It wasn't long, before a Minneapolis-based talent agency took an interest in William. He's even got his own YouTube Channel. Two years ago he landed his first TV commercial. And recently he got his first speaking role in a television ad for Kids Day with the Minnesota Twins.
"Well, we have encouraged the kids to try things,” William’s dad, Tom Kroeger said. “And if they like it we'll continue with it and see where it ends up."
This fall, William will take on a new role as a second grader at Morris Bye Elementary in Coon Rapids.
"I like gym and then art and music," William said.
And with good grades he's bound for a performance noteworthy of a future Oscar.
