The new owner of Northtown Mall in Blaine, Felix Reznick, made an appearance at the mall, where he detailed both official and working plans for several features of the development. He first bought the mall last August.
After discussing how they needed more businesses to come to the mall, Reznick said that, in addition to Asia Village, the mall was in discussion with Holy Land for a spot in the mall. This would be a market for different types of Middle Eastern food, ranging amongst Lebanon, Turkey and Jordan.
