Anoka County Offices to Close for Presidents’ Day; Essential Services to Continue
ANOKA COUNTY, MN.
Anoka County will close its administrative offices and primary public service centers on Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of Presidents' Day, according to a notice posted by the county on February 9.
The closure follows the standard observance of the federal holiday, which honors the legacy of President George Washington and, over time, has come to recognize the broader contributions of American presidents. County offices are scheduled to resume regular business hours on Tuesday, February 17.
