Coon Rapids Native Seeking To Establish Youth-Based Center

Seeing a lack of youth-based centers in the northern metro, Coon Rapids native Jessica Hilden is working to create her own space called the Hangout Haven.

She is planning a space where preteens and teens can connect with each other along with other adults and find resources.
