The Blaine City Council unanimously approved a preliminary plat at the Lexington and 125th southwest parcel, by a vote of 6-0. Council Member Chris Massoglia was absent from the meeting.
Assistant Community Development Director Sheila Sellman said that the preliminary plat would create two outlots, and right of way dedication, for the southwest corner of Lexington and 125th Avenues. The parcel is being set up for both a commercial development, and there is also potential for a new fire station in the location.
