The Coon Rapids City’s Recycling Division is leading the way in responsible waste management, operating under the guidelines of the state’s Select Committee on Recycling and Environment (SCORE). While city-run, the program is funded through a SCORE grant, allowing residents and small businesses to benefit from a comprehensive approach to recycling and waste reduction.
