COON RAPIDS, MN — The City of Coon Rapids has announced that the Coon Rapids Recycling Center will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of the federal Veterans Day holiday. The closure honors the national day of recognition for U.S. military veterans and allows city staff and residents alike to commemorate the occasion.

According to the City of Coon Rapids Local Government, normal operating hours will resume on Wednesday, November 12, at 9 a.m. Residents planning to use the facility are encouraged to plan ahead and adjust their recycling drop-off schedules accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
