ROSEVILLE, MN (May 3, 2026) The Keystone Community Services Foodmobile is scheduled to provide free grocery distribution on Monday, May 4, at the Ramsey County Library – Roseville, offering emergency food assistance to residents across Roseville and surrounding communities.
The distribution will run from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and is expected to take place in the north parking lot of the library. The event is open to the public and does not require advance registration.
The Foodmobile operates as a mobile food shelf, bringing groceries directly into neighborhoods to improve access for individuals and families facing food insecurity, including those with transportation or mobility barriers.
According to program guidelines:
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own bags or containers to carry groceries.
Participants can expect a selection of staple grocery items, which typically include:
Food may be pre-packed or distributed in limited quantities depending on supply levels. Organizers advise arriving early due to demand, while also asking participants not to line up in a way that disrupts traffic flow prior to the official start time.
Distributions are generally held rain or shine, though severe weather conditions may result in adjustments.
Keystone Community Services, a nonprofit serving the region since 1939, operates multiple food access programs, including brick-and-mortar food shelves in St. Paul and home-delivered meal services for seniors. The Foodmobile serves as a mobile extension of those efforts, with regular monthly stops, including a recurring first-Monday distribution at the Roseville Library site.
Library officials note that a blood drive hosted by the American Red Cross is also scheduled at the same location from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on May 4. As a result, increased parking lot activity is expected during the Foodmobile distribution window.
