A new ramen restaurant is open south of the river.
Itton Ramen & Japanese Street Food recently opened its second Twin Cities location.
The restaurant, which specializes in authentic Japanese ramen and donburi, opened its original location in Bloomington one year ago.
A second location is now open at 1000 County Road 42 East in Burnsville.
In addition to donburi and ramen dishes, the menu features dumplings, yaki soba, yaki udon, pork or chicken Japanese steamed burgers, tea, mochi ice cream and more.
Itton Ramen in Burnsville is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. until 9:30 p.m., Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
