Anoka County Preliminary 2025 Tax Levy Is 16.86% Higher Than This Year's

A preliminary 2025 property tax levy totaling $183.102 million was adopted by the Anoka County Board Sept. 24. It’s 16.86% higher than this year’s levy.

The 4-2 vote (Commissioners Julie Braastad and Jeff Reinert opposed) came following an hour-long debate and two failed, tie votes.
